EVERY MOMENT COUNTS

HOPE for Autism was established by a group of mothers who were unable to access the help they needed for their children in North Lanarkshire.

HOPE is the most experienced third sector autism specific service offered in North Lanarkshire and provides activity groups for young people, running a range of successful, fun, and educational activities for children and young people aged 2 – 25 years of age over 6 days a week. Our services also offer support to local families and carers affected by ASD.

If you’ve met one person with autism, you’ve met one person with autism.

Dr Stephen Shore

What would happen if the autism gene was eliminated from the gene pool? You would have a bunch of people standing around in a cave, chatting and socializing and not getting anything done.

Dr Temple Grandin
