Membership Availability Update
Support Membership includes private support meetings with trained staff, advocacy and support with any meetings or proceedings with which families may need assistance, training opportunities, and events/private forums for HOPE members. This remains available to anyone seeking HOPE’s support for a small fee of £30 per year.
HOPE has taken this decision to allow us to focus our attention on accommodating those families who have already expressed an interest on taking up full membership with us and are currently on our waiting list. We hope to open up the group waiting lists sometime in the new year.
We thank everyone for their support and patience at this time. This is an exciting time for our organisation and all decisions are made in the interest of improving standards and practice in supporting HOPE members.
Please contact the HOPE office with any queries and keep an eye on our website for further updates.

Evening Group Sessions
We provide weekly or fortnightly evening group sessions for children and young people from the ages of 5 years to 16 years. Our young adult group sessions take place fortnightly with young people aged from 16 years and upwards. We are hoping to expand this service to facilitate an adult service provision in the near future.
Siblings groups operate in the evenings weekly and HOPE’s Pre-School groups take place during the day time. All groups are appropriately structured to meet the children and young people’s needs. Children and young people will transition through the groups in line with their developmental needs and progress.
Currently £6.00 per session with a payable monthly subscription.
External Sports Activities
We offer a varied and diverse programme of sports activities. These generally take place out in community settings across North Lanarkshire and some are accessible through mainstream sessions. Most sports are regular weekly sessions, with some having a rolling programme to allow greater access for all.
Currently £3.50 per session for each group, and £3.50 per-family for family swimming.
In addition to our regular activities, HOPE for Autism provides all year round outings and seasonal fun activities for families. There may be nominal costs for these activities where these are not entirely encompassed in funding grants.

Those who cannot be placed will be added to a waiting list and will be contacted when a place becomes available. Where families have two children/young people accessing groups, HOPE will only charge for one basic membership fee at £30 per family.
Membership packages are processed by Standing Order, to be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
Members can also access our External Community Sports Groups at £3.50 per session. These include swimming, football, trampoline, racquet sports, and cycling among others. Most of these sessions run in blocks of 6 or more weeks and payment is taken for the block. A small charge is also provided for the provision of a snack during these groups.
