Please note, if your child does not gain a space on one of our sports activities this term, we will strive to ensure they get a space in the next term.

Monday: Fitness (ages 12+)
7:00pm-8:00pm, weekly and fortnightly places available. Siblings aged 12+ welcome.
Townhead Community Centre,
Townhead Road, Coatbridge, ML5 2HT
£3.50 per session.
Fun and friendly one hour gym session at Townhead Community Centre from 7 – 8 PM. The gym has a mixture of cardiovascular machines and weights machines for young people to access. We can provide visuals, schedules boards and there is a gym instructor present at sessions for inductions and general health and fitness advice.
Wednesday: Trampoline (ages 5+)
Various times available.
St Margaret’s High School,
Waverly Drive, Airdrie, ML6 6EU
45 minute trampoline sessions, with separate area for games.
£3.50 per session
Friday: Gartcairn/ASD Football
Fridays, three separate sessions; 6:00pm-7:00pm / 7:00pm-8:00pm
- 6:00pm-7:00pm: Fun fundamental football and physical activitiy for ages 5-8, focusing on being active, sharing, turn taking, and communication. Parent/carers are encouraged to take part.
- 6:00pm-7:00pm: Incorporzating the above, plus fitness, football drills, and small-sided games
- 7:00pm-8:00pm: Football specific warm up and stretching, drills, positioning, communication, leadership, rules and games
All young people must have a parent/carer attend for the duration of their one hour session.

Sunday: Family Cycling
Regular cycling meetups for members and families at various parks throughout Airdrie and Coatbridge. Previous locations have included Dunbeth, Drumpellier, and St Phillips School.

Sunday: Learn to Ride a Bike
Having taught over 22 young people to ride bikes recently, HOPE are happy to make time to give lessons on learning to cycle to our member families. We use balance bikes at first, practicing and gradually progressing on to pedal bikes when the young person is ready.
