Families can self refer to become members or professionals working with families can also refer on their behalf.
This can be done over the telephone or by completing and returning the following word documents Referral and Information Form to our email address hope@hopeforautism.org.uk
Once this has taken place our Autism Services Manager will be in touch either to arrange a home visit or a visit to our centre to discuss our services further and be available for questions and concerns you may have.
HOPE relies heavily on people's generosity. Please support us and make a difference to the children with Autism and their families in North Lanarkshire. A good way to make sure you will access our services all year round, including children activities, newsletters, events, advice and support groups, is to become a member of HOPE for Autism. We suggest an annual donation of £16 towards the running costs of the groups.
