HOPE for Autism is governed by a Board of Trustees, who oversee the governance of the charity, three full time members of staff and seventeen session staff and volunteers who work directly with the children and young people.
The board of trustees comprises of parents and professionals who are responsible for the strategic overview of the charity. The board is recruited through advertising and direct contact, all recruitment is based on having a board that has a range of expertise that benefits the organisation. The trustees meet quarterly and is made up of sub-groups which meet regularly and report back to the board.
