Volunteer of the Mont: July 2017 – Jim McLeavy
It is with great pride that HOPE announces that Jim McLeavy is our Volunteer of the Month for August 2017.
Jim has been a fantastic member of staff since beginning as a volunteer in Spring of this year, volunteering on a number of evenings to aid in the support of our members. Grandfather to two children who currently attend HOPE, Jim has shown a tremendous dedication to supporting our young people and contributing towards the organisation. He helped with the transition of our young people to our new space in Rochsoles, joined in with HOPE’s clear-out day, attended feedback sessions about the development of the organisation, and currently gives up his Friday evenings to volunteer with our young adults.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank Jim for his fantastic commitment to HOPE and congratulate him on being recognised by senior staff for his efforts.
While all our staff commit much of their time to the support of HOPE’s members and the continued development of our organisation, senior staff have selected Jim to be recognised for his commitment for the month of August 2017.
